ewelina węgiel - coal mine

Overview
“coal mine” offers a unique perspective from a coal mine visible from the moon. Inspired by geologist Adam Bobbette’s text, Węgiel explores the remnants of ancient forests and their role in fueling modern civilization. She delves into how burning these ancient deposits of the fossilized past fuels industrialization and progress, raising questions about the intersection of history and modern identity.
